Very varietal cabernet fruit aromas with redcurrant and fresh-herb notes, as well as mint and blueberry. There’s iodine and light oak spice, too. A Red wine from Barossa Valley, Barossa, South Australia. Made from Shiraz/Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon. An intricate nose of red fruits, earth and spice layered with lifted berry fruit. Fleshy red fruits, on a bed of soft cedar tannins, with a spicy, refreshing finish.

Pale straw, with tinges of green. A fruit salad of lemon sherbet, lime, green apple, melon and pineapple on the nose. Luscious and full flavored with lemon curd dominating with mouth watering minerality. Blend: 83% Arneis, 16% Fiano, 1% Pinot Grigio.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aerator pump-overs twice a day. Pressed at dryness. Classic Paso Cabernet Sauvignon with attractive aromas of ripe dark berries and cherries with a touch of oak. It's supple on the palate, with a juicy core of fruit and light structuring tannins, concluding with a long finish.

A rich complex Chardonnay with a wonderful lively character and just a hint of subtle oak in the background. Delicious as a refreshing glass of wine by itself or as an accompaniment to a dinner of chicken or seafood.

This is a lush, fruity style of pinot noir that is classic Central Coast. Red berries and black cherries on the palate are accented with hints of earth and smoke. It's fuller-bodied than Oregon and French versions of the grape. An excellent wine to pair with any medium red meat dish or pasta. At this price, this wine way over-delivers.
